No. Unless you really like the tobacco in your mouth.
Hit it from the lit end? Sure, but you have to make sure your lips are dry, and be very careful not to let the cherry fall on your tounge. If you're going to do that, just take of the filter.
Non filters you can light either end :-)
Yes. You'll probably get burned though, and eat ashes.
