ean i have to quit smoking or its just for women older than 35 years old of age?can someone please help. They just say that it is a risk for only people over 35, but it is a risk for everyone. The reason you are not supposed to smoke on the pill is because smoking vesoconstricts- makes the arteries smaller. This can cause a blood clot, which then usually causes a heart attack, stroke or even death. Take my advice, stop smoking or get off of the pill. Also, look up the nuva ring online, it is said to cause cancer. Just try looking into some of the chats online. A stroke is probably one of the worst things that can happen to someone, and you know what- it can happen to anyone at any age. |
