No i think to be tested positive for it, it has to be in your blood stream.
Possible, but not probable, unless you were in a confined space like a car.
It would depend if the test involves a "cutoff level". Where I work, the teasting (done by an accredited laboratory) level is high enough to permit THC in the system from passive contact.

Some testing policies are much more stringent.
