Stress related sex problems..?

I got laid off Feb 29th. For the first time in my life Im having problems keeping it up. Im in great shape, I weight train everyday and think the problems are mainly attributed to stress. Im 28, would taking ED pills be harmful, if the problems dont exist when the money is rollin in? Is there anything that I can do aside from getting a prescription?I realize the easiest solution would be calling my doctor, but, with no insurance and little money, Id rather find out for free first. Thanks.

You are correct. Stress can cause the problem. If you are on a low fat, high carb, no salt diet, this will also point you in the direction of ED problems. Additionally, if you drink ANY drinks with caffeine, (especially those stupid so called energy drinks), this will also contribute to the problem. DO NOT RUN OUT AND GET A PRESCRIPTION and become a slave to the never ending drug jail.

Your body needs good fats to be able to produce the sex hormones as well as the thyroid hormones because these are steroid hormones made in the liver. Here's what happens: The high carb diet causes high levels of insulin to be generated and gives you quick energy, but then the Adrenal Glands have to produce glucagon to get that blood sugar stabilized and then as the blood sugar drops quickly due to the carbohydrates, the adrenal gland is put into action because the body believes it's under stress, so the pregnenalone produced in the body gets used up to make cortisol, the stress hormone. When the pregnenalone is used up for this, the liver cannot make the sex hormones.

Emotional stress has the same effect.

The combination of emotional stress and bad diet cause this problem. Just think of all the people being told to eat low fat diets and low salt. It's why Viagra and other drugs are so popular. The SAD diet is the basic cause of all this (standard American Diet). Look at all the gallbladder operations being performed today. 99% of them are needless. Doctors are ignorant of nutrition, so they resort to these surgeries that chain people to drugs and digestive problems for the rest of their life. It's just amazing.

I suggest you change your diet and go to this web site: http://www.emofree.com/ to help you deal with the emotional issues you are facing.

e-mail me if you want some diet help. It will make a huge difference in your issue.

do you get morning wood? if you do then pills aren't for you. it's probably a psychological problem and you need therapy not pills

just give up man....your doooooooooomed

Question 1) Do you still get morning wood?

That is a large indication point. If you are NOT getting those, then the problem may include a physical one, verses psychological.

Question 2) Can you "take care of yourself" still?

That is another one. If you are able to get things going and finish by yourself, then most likely you have a non-physical situation.

There is always the possibility of both physical and psychological issues.

There are websites dedicated to this subject, and many of them can suggest vitamins and minerals that may help. However, stay away from the impostor drugs, and import drugs. They can be dangerous.

I would say if you can do neither #1 and #2, you should get you to a doctor.

As for the medication goes, as long as you are in good health, they should not hurt you. There are drug interactions that can be harmful, so a work up at your doctor should be done for that reason as well.

I say you try #1, and #2, and find what that tells you. Then read some on the web about it. Then finally, get to a doctor, and if necessary, have them prescribe one of the ED drugs.

The good news is that many men in their lifetime will experience this, and many times, it goes away.

Good luck!
