Stress question.?


im really worried and stressed about someone. i cant really eat and i have been holding my breath without knowing it, and until like i feel im about to passout i dont breathe again. not on purpose. i dont even know im doing it. is this normal?

It sometimes happen when your stress. But when you are stress try calming down try to just let everything go for a few minutes. Take deep breaths and everything will probably be okay.

its nto normal, why dont you go and talk to the person, it may be a conplete misunderstanding, try not to worry too much.

yeah this is stress alright. sounds like your having anxiety attacks. When this happens remind yourself your ok, breath in slowly through your nose and out through your mouth. Not deep breaths, just slow breathing. Try to slow your heart down a bit.

try to handle this stress yourself, figure out how you can solve this problem, if this dosn't help and your anxiety attacks get worse, i suggest seeing a therapist about this and talking to them about the problems and possible starting therapy.

its not normal maybe you should take a hot bath/shower or just relax in your bed. try to take it easy until you can calm down

Are you worried for this person? Do they have their own problems that you have a fear for them? I would try talking to them about your worries. Communication is the best way to solve problems. Sometimes we assume what others are thinking, and in reality they are not thinking that at all.

It is not normal to hold your breath without knowing it. Your brain controls your breathing. It is something you should not have to think about doing.

I know this can happen when you are thinking intensly about something. Sometimes you are so focused that all your energy is devoted to one thing.
