I faint when i get hurt or see my own blood and if i get really stressed?


how do i control it, i have been doing it ever sence i was 4 but i really want to control it now that i am an adult, i am scared to even to talk in front of people just incase i faint and sometimes i feel it when i am driving, and of corse almost everytime i get hurt i pass out!

this past weekend my boyfriend and i went hicking up on top of some Mountans and i fell and hurt myself pretty bad so i laid myself on the ground and fainted! but this time it was different sence we were so high up the air was really thin (7000ft) i stoped breathing so my boyfriend had to give me mouth to mouth until i awoke,

its just really scarry and i want to know any advice you may have

AND YES I HAVE BEEN TO THE DOC FOR IT BUT HE JUST SAYS I HAVE TO RELAX AND BREATH! but it has not worked yet!

It sounds like you have an anxiety disorder, and are suffering from panic attacks. Your problem is ongoing. I would talk to your doctor, again, to see about other treatments. Your Doctor will suggest seeing a therapist, meditation, medication, etc.
