Is it normal to feel like this moody and stressed?


You see it is like this I always get this time in my life that when I just burst into tears and cry I become so mad and angry to the point whereby I say things to people and rehret it at the end of the day, sometimes I don't even remember what I have said.
What can I do to stop this? Sometimes I even just go for a smoke and that is not what I really like doing to relieve my stress and this is what caused my miss carriage.And now I rather feel like I can just get something to make me high and not feel like this and worst of all is that I don't want to loose my bf...HELP!

I feel you should consult a psychiatrist and take their help.Also try to have more freinds and spend time with them.enjoy our time happily..go for shopping, movies wich will really change your mood.
