Is it normal to be super-tired when you're stressed? |
I'm so stressed but so tired that I can't get any work done!! What can I do??? Yes, it can be a normal response. However, you should talk to a doctor about this. I've had this happen many times but one time I was anemic - didn't know that until I went to my doctor. It can also be a combination of things - stress, which then leads to lack of sleep, which then seems to make it even harder to sleep. A good doctor can help you find ways to handle your stress without medication - mine takes a whole body approach. When I find that I'm so stressed I'm exhausted I try to focus on one thing at a time and eat right and do my best to sleep. I usually start with the "easiest" thing on my plate that I know I can handle quickly. Once I've accomplished something, no matter how small, I start to feel a little better. I just go through my list of items until I have a more balanced workload. Oh, and be realistic about what your body can handle and how much you can actually do in one day. I always think I can study for 3 exams in one day and write a paper, which is just not going to happen! |

That's pretty safe to say since your period will be much lighter now that you are on the pill, and the first few months or so you are on it you may not be quite as regular while your body adju... i dont hit anyone, just objects around the house ...Most likely an ulcer. But just to say if she hasn't been checked out by a doctor then she should ASAP. To put it gently, stomach cancers and internal bleeding (due to ulcers) could be causing ... stereotyping just a tad aren't we. We dont have bad teeth they just aren't bleached to the max or opt to veneer or crown every single tooth in our heads. Bleaching is still illegal in the... It sounds like you have an anxiety disorder, and are suffering from panic attacks. Your problem is ongoing. I would talk to your doctor, again, to see about other treatments. Your Doctor will sugge... It sometimes happen when your stress. But when you are stress try calming down try to just let everything go for a few minutes. Take deep breaths and everything will probably be okay. ... |
