Relief stress or something ?


Well sometimes, well often I think about stuff that really scares me and then I get all stressed out and I cant stop thinking about it. What can I do ? Exept for trying not to think about it.

Do something to distract yourself, like talking to a friend, reading, watching a funny movie, anything that engages your mind.

You can also try journaling about whatever it is that is bothering you. This can get some of it off your chest and allow you to stop ruminating about it.

music..? exercising! dont procrastinate.

masturbate...trust me. it workss. :P
or get a stress ball or take a niceee hott bath with candles and stuff, or like go 4 a walk somewhere really calm and nice on a beautiful day and have your favorite treat while walking, it'll get your mind off of it.

read a good book!
