Relief stress or something ? |
Well sometimes, well often I think about stuff that really scares me and then I get all stressed out and I cant stop thinking about it. What can I do ? Exept for trying not to think about it. Do something to distract yourself, like talking to a friend, reading, watching a funny movie, anything that engages your mind. music..? exercising! dont procrastinate. masturbate...trust me. it workss. :P read a good book! |

Yeah, fo sho. ...FIRST, please be informed that in general menstrual cycles are very sensitive to stress, emotional situations, infections, etc. SECOND, in future for not being soooooooo stressed - better use emer... Of course it can. It leads to so many problems. And if you're pregnant, it can doom the child. Not a good thing, stress.. ...yes i have "the miracle balls " they come with a book and i got them at barns and noble .... i love them you are supposed to breath deep and relax sometimes you can actually feel the musc... It can kill who are strong but not enough. It can not kill me because I am enough strong. My tough life experience made me so strong. Now stresses are so weak in front of me. I fight with death twi... Yes it is. Would tell everything i did but it would be very private and take up this whole freaking page. Oh and i do have mine right above my belly button to and its still there ... |
