Oh yes sometimes, it makes your body go through some weird changes. Stress is most definitely not a good thing. Hell, my first name is STRESS! for the past 1 1/2 now all that I have been going through I'm lucky they haven't commited me somewhere yet.LOL Not funny but sometimes you just gotta go with the flow. Stress can make your face brake out, loose your hair, shake, age very quickly, such as wrinkles, gray hair, "YUK" sick to your stomach, very moody, dizzy sometimes, give you anxiety attacks, paranoia sometimes, etc.... like I was saying "not a good thing" so try to eat healthy, drink lots of water, exercise a little if you can like go for a short walk something like that, take vitamins, stress tabs, and sometimes even seeing the Dr. can help you if its too bad, and most of all try and make yourself not worry because most of the time it has its way of working itself all out eventually. You hope anyway!

stress is due to the fight or flight response. You are on alert and your body is releasing hormones that activate many processes. these stress hormones can do damage if prolonged

stress in horrible. it can make you feel nauseous, cause constipation or diahreoa, indigestion and heart burn, knock up you blood pressure heaps!!, give you head aches and make you depressed with in turn causes more stress.

its a vicious cycle. take a deep breath. try and eliminate stress (like its that easy though)

it is unbelieveable how good it feels to go for a walk at your own pace in the late afternoon. best stress relief ever in my opinion.

Stress can make your body do all kinds of things. You need to step back try to relax soak in the tub maybe have a glass of wine close your eyes and figure a way out of your stressful problem because there is always an answer.
