Can stress really make you slim down, even your though eating normal? |
lately , i recieve a bad news about my mother who is in korea. A car accident happen , but luckily thank god no ones get hurts so bad.. only that my uncle is in jail now. My friends noticed me that i slim down so much.. what should i do this is beyond my knowledge? Stress can change a person's eating habits, and even their metabolism. Therefore, some people will slim down due to stress, while others will get fatter. |
