Any stress relievers that i can perform to myself? |
Breathing techniques, hand motions? Anything that a body can perform alone... deep breaths!!! before the audition, keep yourself moving, it uses up the extra adrenaline that your body is producing. go on a run, pace, jump up and down, tap your hands, whatever! listen to music to help you relax. practice your audition peice A LOT before the audition, it will help you if you are confident that you can sing your part well. another random tip: eat bananas. they give you the potassium you need that will help you stop those shaking hands. eat one two hours before your audition, 1 hour before, and a half an hour before. good luck! walk outside 15 minutes a day......do not use any headphones..listen to nature...and of course,watch and listen for cars...stress is reveived by physical activity |
