Stress eliminator/meditation activitites? Turn off cell phone (or ringer volume) let those who matter most know that you're going to be unavailable for x amount of time...(make SURE they hear & Understand this) put on some music that relaxes you (& makes you smile) kick off your shoes, put on somethin Totally Comfy, & then proceed to do some Yoga or meditation, (but if thats not your style, then just slowly , calmly start strecthing each & every part of your body all the while slowly breathing ALL the Way out then SLOWLY breathing ALL the In, holding your breath & counting to 3 then exhailing Completely a couple of times. reprogram your brain.watch paul mckenna videos on youtube called i can change your life. he's a NLP expert and has simple techniques for reducing stress to a minimum. very simple and effective./i meditate too but NLP techniques works in just a few minutes and can change you tremendously. I'll start off with some obvious ones: yoga, tai chi, hypnosis and progressive muscle relaxation.
