How can I relieve stress after a bad day?


Help before I explode!

eat, dance, sing, shout into your pillow, bubble bath, listen to music, watch a dvd, exercise, talk to a friend, cry, sleep, keep forcing yourself to smile..

Different things work for different people so I suggest you try lots of the suggestions people will offer before you find the one that suits you.

For me I can find a relaxing bubble bath with my favourite products works.

Sometimes I find going for a walk to a place I find calming and staying there for a while and being peaceful works.

Some people find exercise works whether it be a good long run or practising your boxing moves with a punch bag.

Occasionally a drink helps but be careful with this one and don't over indulge. One glass of wine or one bottle of beer/larger/ale whatever your chosen choice is is ok but not a whole bottle of whiskey or something.

Spending time on your hobbies can get your mind off whatever is bothering you.

Playing video games where you get to shoot at things and imagine you're shooting whoever it is whose has stressed you out.

hot bubble bath, candles, a nice drink and while you are alone cuss everyone out that you wanted to ealier in the day! :)
