How do keep my stress down? |
i have a few years till college and i dont know what i want to be when i grow up. Okay on the money for school and books, I don't know what your entire situation is but have you considered applying for a Pell Grant. You can do this at the Financial Aid Office at the College. The Pell Grant never has to be repaid. Ok look first I got say this collage it not al labout money there progam let you money till you fisehnd collage n get a job but still go school get some collage criect that wat am going do get collage credict n get a job to make money for my collage Definitely exercise. I've found that jogging is a great stress reliever, especially cross-country. Learning to play an instrument is also good. Nothing relieves my stress more than coming home and playing some songs on the piano. But if you dont have the time for that I would go with exercising :) It helps you get in shape, it stimulates your heart rate, and its fun :D Don't do things that stress you out? This is a question that is always on my mind, as a senior in high school I don't have long till college. I do a lot of different things to relieve stress. |
