Does anybody else find sitting out in the pouring rain a Stress reliever? |
Im just asking because I find it very relaxing especially when Im Angry or stressed to sit outside in the rain and just get soaked. It seem to clear my head . Then Im able to think clearly I like to watch the rain fall. It's actually very beautiful. I don't let it rain on me though. It is relaxing to watch it fall. Before it starts raining, people tend to be more stressed and tense. Watching and listening to rain is one of the most relaxing things you can do. More people should learn to appreciate the healing effects of rain. Maybe that's why so many people like the Seattle, WA area where it rains nearly everyday. i love being in the rain. i love to walk in the pouring rain, with regular clothes on and no coat or umbrella. people stare at me but i dont care. it is relaxing and calming. rain is a wonderful thing yep it kida is calming |
