What method do you use to calm your nerves and relieve stress?

I take herbal remedy called valerian especially at night (I panic about sleeping). I also use cue-controlled relaxation and count backwards from 50. After each deep breath I count down another number, then wait for the deep breath and count down again.

I take beta blockers if I have to do any performance. I wish I didn't have to use medicines, but I'm waiting for therapy (lol, i sound like a nutter i know).

Why just the other day my friend brought over the most magical tree I have ever heard of. We partook of this flora and experienced a hardy laugh together. Afterwards, colors were vivid, music was superb, and cinnamon toast crunch bars were phenomenally delicious. If only I can find the name of this plant . . .

I smoke grass. You'd never know it. People wonder why I am always so happy and smiling. Very friendly, outgoing and intelligent. I would argue that many people are taking medications that I believe are worse for you than marijuana. Seems like we are the majority so far, close with yoga. Maybe I should try it too.

Run (if not too hot), a hot bath with wine, or.. just try to close my eyes and concentrate on breathing.. (like while at work). And yes, works for me. If it's really bad.. you can always go to the dr. where they can prescribe you something for nerves.

Lay down in your room, and read a book. You can also listen to relaxing music.

..strip myself down to my bra and panties.. and relax under the warm sun..on my patio.. accompanied with that nice, cool california breeze..

Weed, Yoga or going on a walk and listening to music. Or even just laying outside looking up at the sky.

Shut Down All The Light Lay down and Listen to Music

Take A Shower/Bath

I find that meditation keeps me calm so that I rarely feel stressed since I took it up.

Meditation or Yoga. I also go out for a jog or a walk to relieve stress and on bad days, I stay at home and play my guitar.

yoga is my favorite way to relieve stress.

i have two dogs who i will take for a walk or just strocking and being with them helps
