What can I do, to keep healthy, and stress free? |
I'm teen who's being home schooled at the moment, I also have 2 younger siblings, I love them like crazy, but they never listen to me, they're always tearing things up and being overly loud! What can I do for them to keep them calm, and what can I do for myself, so I don't feel so stressed everyday? Also I stay in the house alot, but I really want to get out of the house in what ways can I become active?? Everyday we always encountered stress, in our workplace, in our home, in some activities and other events... you're stressed and don't know what to do... Remember, "It's just a (insert noun here) and it's not on fire." This mantra works in many scenarios, and a lot of my friends are saying it's working for them too. getting out of the house will definitely help you get your mind off things. my house is the same way and if I didn't just go out every once in a while, Id go crazy! I usually go to my friends house, the mall, or to the gym. It's not your role to be a parent for your younger hyper siblings. Join a sport team or some other social group, but by all means, you are right, you have to get out of the house. |
