Can a person have a problem with stress where their mind turns off & they need to sleep? |
I don't know what is wrong with me or if it is a mental or physcial problem. If I feel stress I start getting so tired I need to sleep. Has anyone every heard of this? If it happens occasionally, and you wake up refreshed and less stressed, it is fine --- your body's way of telling you to switch off and cool down. When you find this happening, next day also calmly look at what stress caused it, and try to find a way to get rid of it. Sounds like stress leading to depression. Do your best to get rid of the stress in your life. Stress not only makes you nervous and unhappy but it can lead to various physical and mental health problems.
