What are some good tips for relieving stress? |
I need some simple tips to relieve everyday stress. Also, if anyone knows how to avoid stress-related skin breakout tips, that would be great. Thank you in advance. i just sit down...for one minute in a place where noone is around and tell myself its ok,nothings is worth my health,i have to relax.what ever happens happens.things will get better..thats when i was going thru most fu cked up time in my life...it helped me..much better than taking those meds and helping myself from stress but killing something else. stress is an overload of things that you feel that you have to do. on the other hand not having anything to do can make you feel stressed out. try doing something that you like to take your mind off of what ever is stressing you out. take yourself out of what ever situation you are in. sometimes it is ok to run away from your problems until you have had time to relax. i either do things that i like, like Y/A, listen to music or try to get some sleep. hope this helps!-blurey Check out ( http://www.reducingstress.net ) they have great articles and information to help you reduce and releive your stress.
