Any way to relieve life related stress in order to focus on a big test? |
I have the GED test schedualed for tomorrow morning and reschedualing it would set me back more money than is reasonable. There was recently a huge fight in my family and I'm worried about the financial situation of my grandmother and my mother's health. Does anyone know of some strategies or exercises I could do in order to be able to put my life situations out of my mind for the few hours when I have to be focused on this exam?
