How do i chill out, im stressed all the time fed up of everything..?

This is only a temporary state .You must be fed up with something or someone at this moment.Find out the reason for your restlessness.CONFRONT IT!!!!!! Avoiding it will make you weaker and weaker.Once you overcome a difficult situation situation on your own I am sure you will gain confidence and take control over the situations around.Unless you allow yourself to be a loser others cannot defeat you.

Please don't expect consumption of a stiff drink to solve any problems. It might chill you out temporarily, but the long term effects will not be positive.
You need to figure out the root of the problem. Something is bothering you now. When did you realize that you were fed up and stressed ALL THE TIME?
Getting to the root of the problem will allow you to air out your possible pain and get some blessed relief.
May I suggest you speak with a trusted family member or a minister? Also a counselor may help.

Whatever you do, don't let this situation get out of hand.

we all have the ability to teach ourselves to relax find a piece of music that makes the hair stand on the back of your neck lay down on a comfy surface bean bag is ideal play this piece of music and visualise the most happy event you been to proper breathing needs to be combined with this technique and you should find yourself chilling good luck

have a relaxing evening and during that evening have a buble bath with sented candles to help you be laa relax or get a massage or go to a spa for the weekend

Honestly, you need to find out what is stressing you out so bad....and stay away from it. When you do that you will see your stress level come down.

Make some hot chocolate, light some candles, turn out the lights and listen to music. Or sit somewhere quiet and read your favourite book. Works every time!

yes have a nice soak and then phone some friends and have a nice drink, and get blotto and forget your cares for one evening,.

Need an intimate friend, who patiently
shares your line of thought. Join any group
activity of your likings.

you can read God's word which is the Bible so that you may relax

Lay down in a dark room and listen to Enya. Her music is very calming. :)
