Is this because of stress??


i have been a constant stresser my whole life. but now i am really realizes because everyone is pointing it out as the years go on. i am getting angry ance, dark circles, ALWAYS tired ( ive had blood test for it and im fine!) lifeless skin ( using top quality products). i am 17 by the way.

Stress happens at every time in life, darlin'. I was stressed when my mum died, when my kid got pregnant and when .....so on and so on. Try more vitamins and meditation. If you don't like meditation, try excersize or just walking around the block.

Life goes on, but it usually still sucks. Sucks differently, but still sucks.

you need to change your attitude

Beliefs

To help you, I like to explain how to change your attitude so that you can remain on track to recovery or attain your goal..
Firstly your attitude is the expression of your beliefs. This is seen by other people by the clothes you wear, the words you choose, the tone in your voice and everything else you do.


These beliefs that control this stuff is hidden in your subconcious mind.

To change your beliefs, will change your attitude. To change embedded stuff in your brain takes a bit of will power but basically you have to analyse something and believe in the result, deeply believe in it.

In your case you have to believe that love and relationships is good, an not hurtful as you are doing now.

What you have to do is reset yourself and seek the new beliefs that will shape your life.

Yes our belief systems play an integral part of our lives emotions and actions.

But changing them can be as complicated as ripping the street directory up into a thousand pieces and reconstructing the city map.

Lets start with a few questions.
IF up was down and you stood on your head would which way is left?

What is the most amazing moment in your life your favourite memory, where were you what were you doing and how did it feel.

Can a zebra change its spots:)?

Do you ever find that at the end of the day its seems like there is more left to do, your not fulfilled, so sleep is the last thing that you want? Pass the remote!

There was a young lady standing in the middle of a bunch of people, everyone was yelling and screaming you could here it a mile away. What was she feeling.

What is more appealing a placid creek, with wild-bird noises, or a raging waterfall!

PS YES stress causes many physiological malfunctions, not to mention the emotional spirals. But calmness can be easily at hand. You know you can't be stressed and at peace in the same moment, nor can you be angry and grateful.

It seems that way.
Maybe try doing Yoga, or take anti-stress tablets u can get at the pharmacy (vitamins and stuff) or maybe try talking to someone since u seem to be really stressed. Maybe u just need to get some stuff out in the open or sorted out.
