Chronic Stress? |
Ive recently been thru a horrific experience with an ex. I have a hard time dealing with the negative emotions and memories. if it is stopping you from functioning in daily life...go seek help a psychologist Back when I was a little girl, the same thing used to happen to me. It just went away with time, though. I wish only the best for you. Have you tried meditation/yoga? This may help release the stress. Also, as someone above me mentioned, hitting a punching bag can contribute to you feeling better emotionally. Good luck!! You have to much inside that u need to release. My advice is go to a gym and and hit a punching bag..Release the tension inside...Go jogging do something that takes alot of energy nerves and stress cause this hunni u have been upset recently so pretty normal take of ur care urself and it will eventually get better go to docs and ask for couselling good luck x Are you eating well? you have what I have |
