Tension...anxiety...stress...p... help..?


what are some things i can do to keep calm and focused? im going on vacation soon and i want to be feeling better before we go so i can have more fun...please help! :)

from what i know...im way overstressed...everything came to a head and i got so sick...and im feeling somewhat better...and i wanna get more better..so besides sleeping right and eating how can i control this?

i have general anxiety disorder and so no what your going through and how furstrating this is for you! when feeling stressed sit down, steady your breathing and gradually concentrate on each problem one at a time. look at each of your problems and spend some time thinking about how insignificant they are, look at their size and meaning in comparision the universe and hopefully the stress caused will begin the sease.
