Has anyone tried bliss anti stress? |
Has anyone tried this. Does this help stress and depression Yes,No matter how well we eat, how often we exercise, or how hard we try to avoid certain situations, we can't escape stress. Stress affects all of us. It clouds our mind and compromises our judgment. Stress has negative effects on our bodies, from neck and back pain to headaches to an overall diminished sense of well being. Feeding your mind and boosting your energy level can do wonders in your quest to look good, feel good and enjoy life............. |

Yes stress can kill but not in a moment.....it kills through stress related disorders. It kills through ulcers, added susceptibility to cancer, anxiety issues relating to high blood pressure.....et... stress can make your period late. however i dont think that indicates a higher miscarriage rate. ...if your doc thinks it is a stress fracture he needs to send you for x-rays. if this is what it is you will have to ease up on your tennis and other activities for a while. Pain killers help a lit... Is there anyone around to help you calm down? You really should go to the doctors. Ya there a bunch of quacks but this is effecting your health. Possibly read up on stress management.... Wish y... i have general anxiety disorder and so no what your going through and how furstrating this is for you! when feeling stressed sit down, steady your breathing and gradually concentrate on each proble... if it is stopping you from functioning in daily life...go seek help a psychologist if it is something you can try to deal with yourself..i suggest yoga and meditation..... yoga is actual phys... Feet have a tendency to swell at night anyway, but especially if you have an injury. I would, every several hours, throughout the day elevate the foot and apply ice.
