How bad can stress/anxiety be on the overall health of a person. Stress and anxiety can take a terrible toll on a person's health. Severe anxiety can lead to heart troubles and also can cause stomach ulcers.Worrying would simply jack up the quantity of acid being secreted in the stomach.Anxiety can also lead to all sorts of psychological problems. It kills through ulcers, added susceptibility to cancer, anxiety issues relating to high blood pressure.....et... stress can make your period late. however i dont think that indicates a higher miscarriage rate. ...if your doc thinks it is a stress fracture he needs to send you for x-rays. if this is what it is you will have to ease up on your tennis and other activities for a while. Pain killers help a lit... Is there anyone around to help you calm down? You really should go to the doctors. Ya there a bunch of quacks but this is effecting your health. Possibly read up on stress management.... Wish y... i have general anxiety disorder and so no what your going through and how furstrating this is for you! when feeling stressed sit down, steady your breathing and gradually concentrate on each proble... if it is stopping you from functioning in daily life...go seek help a psychologist if it is something you can try to deal with yourself..i suggest yoga and meditation..... yoga is actual phys... |
