Stress outlet?


Okay so I'm thirteen and have a lot of stress. I am looking for ideas of An outlet to control my feelings, ex. my friend writes songs, or another dances. i am looking for one of those. Any help?

Exercise can help relieve stress.
How about drawing, painting, writing poems, yoga, learning to play an instrument, knitting, Sudoku, or finding a craft or hobby you enjoy. Yahoo Answers might help relieve stress for a little while. Dig deep down inside and see what works for you.

well, what are you good at? what do you enjoy doing? focusing energy on something you're good at and enjoy will greatly help with stress.

also, try breathing! lol...take a slow deep breath and hold it while counting to three, then release the air counting to three. do this three times. maybe it will help take the edge off things....i read it in a book and it helps me feel less anxious and more calm

anyway, just find a hobby or activity that makes you feel good (and one that's legal, lol) and maybe try exercising to get your blood flowing, it should better your mood.
