Book on STRESS, RELAXATION, ANGER? |
hey everyone, i need to find a book to help me relax, keep me calm, and relieve some stress. i really have too much going on . and i feel myself get out of control sometimes and i dont like it. im married, i live with my inlaws, i have a baby, and i work with my husband. it could get over whelming sometimes. My step mom has all kinds of books on relaxation, meditation, yoga, aerobics, aromatherapy and a whole lot more. She takes them out of the library, so she can get many at the same time. Go to the library, and look for the section with books on self help. My step mom has been using them for years, and they do help her. She walks a couple of miles a day to beat the stress too. Well I don't think that you need to get a book on anxiety but if it is that serious then go to a doctor he/she can give you pills for that I have a aunt that has that problem and she went to the doctor and got it solved. But you can always help control anxiety until then by doing exercises like breathing exercises,counting exercises and also hobbies. Also like the breathing exercises can help you control your anxiety without pills. Less stress can help reduce anxiety attacks also that's mostly what causes them. Follow my advice they might could help you. wow, I am not surprised you sometimes feel the way that you do. Juggling all of these things is stressful. |
