How to overcome stress?

You could learn deep breathing exercises, meditate, listen to some relaxing music, those for starters. You must not worry too much or you will get anxious and this will make you even more stressed out. If things get out of your control then maybe get something from the doctor to help you for a while, take care...

1. Don麓t care too much on light stuff.
2. Don麓t get emotional for everything or avoid being reactive.
3. Plan but be flexible, plan is a guide not a stiff procedure.
4. If it is really bad, take a couple of beers after work to relax or even if it psychosomatic, go to doctor to get some anxiolityc.
5. Eat well, at regular intervals, and do exercise regularly, specially aerobic exercise after work at least 15 minutes every day, at a regular pace, not overwork.
6. Change lifestyle, maybe too hectic or doing emergencies and not doing the important stuff.
7. Instrospect what put you in that situation and study how to avoid it and do what you like.
8. There is no exact answer, but to look for it is a good start. Learn about yourself.

well i have a rather stressfull working environment, im a security guard and ontop of that theres the stress of bills ect. the best way to get around stress i find is to have a punching bag in the garage to take your anger out. and a nice soft cuddly pet to snuggle with to make you relax. works for me anyway

Focus on something else entirely different and put all of your thoughts , energies and actions into it.
In the words of Buddha 'Do not dwell in the past, do not dream of the future, concentrate the mind on the present moment'. I'm not Buddhist but they always seem pretty chilled out to me.

you can overcome your stress by going on a shopping with friends.,watch a movie..
or go to a spa! you need some rest! you need to forget everything while your doing all of that..or better go to a quiet place and meditate it helps alot!

Every one is different. Also there anre many stress triggers. Try to find something that takes your mind away from your stress triggers. Try avoiding the stress trigger if possible. Google stress and take a look at the may sites. Good luck.
