What gets you over your stress? |
What gets you over your stress? exercise, talking to loved ones, taking my medications (anti-depressants & anti-anxieties), going to psychotherapy each week, reading, journaling, eating in control, sleeping, TV, music, & sometimes shopping or rewarding myself if I did something good that week to help the anxiety/depression that I have. Going to the gym every day, twice a day. Morning and night. It will not get you "over" your stress, but it will give you more energy to deal with it in a reasonable fashion. Growing beautiful flowers in my garden. Watching them mature and turn into a lovely bloom. Birdwatching is relaxing, too. Also, spending time with my dogs is a great stress reliever. Resolving the issues that are stressing you out. Get organized and focused. candy sometimes just taking a short nap hmmmmm making my favorite dish or thinking about the afterlife and how short life rreally is |
