Stress reducers? |
I live with my granny. She recently had a stroke and I'm taking care of her cause pap and mom hired me to be their CNA. I work 5 days a week and it seems to be not good enough for them. I really need to get out of the house but no one is avaliable to help me out and I don't have a car. I just need some stress reducers. never tell yourself to calm down-it makes you more stressed. make sure you eat a good amount of food; being stressed can make you loose your appetite. try to take naps and working out also helps de-stress you....hope i helped!! |
