I can't live with stress. Pls tell me how can I get the relaxation? |
I can't live with stress. Pls tell me how can I get the relaxation? Just try to calm down...take a nice hot bubble bath, relax, talk to your friends & go out...try not to think to hard and long about your problems...what i do when im stressed out or depressed..i pray ..hoping that God will eaze my stress, pain, depression & problems.. just try to relax as much as possible..go get a massage...or get your nails & toes done. or do a little shopping with your girlfriends. feel better soon! 1. Make a list of all the things you have, like eyes, hands, feet and etc. I actually have a mood disorder and I got stressed all the time. I went to the doctor and got on an anxiety medicine. I was to the point to where I flunked out of college and almost lost my job because of the stress. Now I am great. I have more friends than ever and I am much happier. I hope this helps. donot get tensed so soon....try to have self control and have faith on urself...u'll improve urself....try yoga or meditation....these help in stress management..... |
