Stress and Anxiety? Are they the same? |
I don't feel I stress over many things. My blood pressure is great for my age, I eat healthy, and exercise. But I get this strange tightness in my chest like its hard to breath when I know I have work to do ahead of me. What exactly is the difference between stress and anxiety? Is there a natural way to control it? Similar but different... stress is from not knowing what you are doing at the moment... anxiety is from fearing unknown future events. that's a symptom of anxiety that a lot of ppl have. there are groups on myspace that have ppl who talk about that stuff all the time. probably in yahoo groups too. Stress causes anxiety. Stressful situations like work, bills, things to be done on time, financial problems are all stresses and cause king of ecxessive worry and fear which is defined as anxiety. |
