Truly assess what's going on and identify what is within your power to influence and control versus what is not. Take action on what is, and let go of the rest. Too often we spin our wheels and stress over outcomes we cannot control instead of focusing and taking actions on the areas that we can. That can cause a double whamey in that by ignoring what you can influence, everything can go wrong.

Anyway, exercise in the morning and keep perspective. Things happen in cycles. Life might be difficult now, but if you focus on the above it will eventually turn around. So, keep hope for the future and learn from the present.

What you put into the universe is returned to you.. If you are constantly stressed and aggravated then bad stuff is going to happen. At some poin, one has to realize that stuff is going to happen that you can't control and accept it when it comes. Life has ups and downs and that is how you grow. If negative things happen, then one needs to see what they can learn from it. try to stay positive so the universe will reciprocate. There is a book called The Secret that might help you and would benefit everyone. Check it out!! Have a great day and remember to take it minute by minute, hour by hour, and day by day..Enjoy life!!

Look at the brighter side. It could be worse a truck could have fell on me from the sky. or something Take a deep breathe and figure out something to do that you enjoy and relax when doing. Step away for a moment. Good intentions are good intentions. Keep that in mind and every time you end up stressing for every negative reinforce yourself with its okay I am a good person. I am trying and that's all anyone can ask of me. Good luck.

Plan ahead, set good things in motion. Often we indirectly cause our own problems and shoot ourselves in the foot.

Being accident-prone is an example. You have to take ownership of some of the problems, to not have problems. And don't over react. Bad stuff happens. Sort out how you choose to be stressed or not. I would go with less stress and less anxiety, therefore better health and feelings. Good luck.

yes put on a loud cd and get rid of any stress with a good old stomp and sing along ,dont forget to shut the windows, its what iam doing now while replying to you , iam listenng to Boston , more than a feeling works for me.

im doiong the same like getting my life back now and now im wanting t opush even harder but my therapist is telling me to slow down cause i might have a set back. tell me about whats going on and maybe i can realate to you

The more stressed out we get the more things look bad. Start looking for the good things in your life.

Write down things you want to change and start to change them - it may take some time though.

Just try to put your problems into context. Are they life-threatening? Are there people with worse problems?

That's life! It will never be perfect. Just deal with it like everyone else and stop complaining!
