Stress makes my mouth/face tight?

I feel like I feel stress in my face/mouth/lips and tongue. It gets all tight and I feel like I need to relax those areas. How to relax it and how to prevent from getting tight there?

I have had this, and be careful it can bring on migraines! The best advice I can give is deep breathing.Take ten minutes and just concentrate on breathing in and out slowly and deeply. It relaxes your face and body.GOD-bless
