How to live life stress free? like not give a **** about things that dnt matter? Hi, Well, personally thats impossible for me. impossible. theres a glint of everything that may stress or bug someone. anything. So what your trying to achieve is impossible.... this is hard but im so down the same road.....i cut off my drama filled friends, when someone tells me something like rumers or drama, i dont run my mouth, i just stay out of everyones stuff......then things might start looking out for ya You are responsible for who you are and what you put up with. Not giving a **** is a kind of zen you have to find on your own. Nobody can tell you how to do it. You are responsible for your reactions-not other peoples actions. Take control of yourself, let the rest of the world (at least the ones you don't love) do whatever they do.... You could use drugs that create apathy about everything (like prozac) or you could just stop focusing on things that don't matter. Accept that there are no facts only interpertations and you have the power over the way you interpert everything in your life.
