Working in office at late night , how to less my stress? |
working in the office at late night in the office ,makes me so uneasy ,i feel very tired ,i also used to go at gim but it was ......................??? Hi! Our body is used to the normal day/night clock and therefore we tend to feel sleepy and tired at night. Make sure you have your dinner a bit early, probably by 7:30pm or max by 8pm. From what I could understand from your question is that you are in loss of nutrition and your body is wearing out. When one gets tired the blood flow to heart thickens and that is when your heart has to pump hard to push the blood to your brain and necessary organs in your body and you get tired very soon. Without proper sleep you can't lessen stress, b'coz sleep/rest is very essential to our body as well as brain. If your body/brain gets proper rest it will refresh itself & everything will be normal, otherwise problems will be created within our body/brain. maybe you can turn on the music in the office or from the internet, have a herbal tea to relax working in office at late night. auto to less stress of work herd and also working as well as less then day capacity. if the best of time day/ morning better then night. MUST SLEEP IN DAY time at least for six hours |
