Yes it helps, take multi-vitamins/suppliments after you eat, but try doing something to take your mind off things. Exercise, my mother does a good program to get her mind off things called Turbo Jam By Beachbody; Its Cardio. Give it a try, its fun.

Valarian root is a natural muscle relaxer available in teas or capsules, usually at the local drug store or food store. I use it sometimes.

a vitamin B complex and st. johns wort.
