What are the best simple ways to ease extreme stress? Dissociate your mind and abstract your thoughts, which is what I pretty much tell by default. Think about baseball or something you enjoy. Listening to music(it helps a lot!!!) Whenever I get really stressed out I either go for a run and workout or soak in the bathtub with the lights out. Reading also helps because it get your mind off things. |
