What are some things you do to de-stress?


Any inspirational things would be awesome thanks!

I hit stuff.

take a ride to the country or like i like to go to this one place that isn't that far from me its called summer's past and it has beautiful plants and like roosters and its relaxing. also excercise is really good to destress to get rid of a headache from stressing take a nice long walk or if you have a treadmill that's good too cause sometimes what we can't destress we can with physical excercise. also sex is good lol..

go to a spa, have a facial, foot spa, pedicure. ..go to the mall, buy or just window shop... binge eat, all the stuff u like best in one sitting...chat, yahooanswers....talk to a friend...take a long bath...buy and try out new makeup, creams, soap...read a book...pray and lie down until u fall asleep

i : listen to music,do yoga, take a walk, smoke a jay, masturbate, play some basketball, ask one of my friends to listen to me rant, or i'll go beserk and whoop some dudes *** depending on what he did or i'll smoke a cigg and premeditate my revenge

I go out into the fields near my home. I go sit on my own for hours and listen to music. It helps me relax so much.
Talking to oneself also works. I find I can talk to myself about how I feel far better than I can talk to anybody else.

stoping for a moment and taking some Deep breathes might help, but I like to workout to help release the stress.

Get my wife to give me a massage and then give me some. It is verrry relaxing
