I have high amounts of stress? |
For about no reason. Yes, as I am going through the same and have been since last year. exercise, especially things like yoga or tai chi are supposed to be very good. meditation and deep breathing could help. for me counselling has really helped lower my anxiety more than anything. Get Sleep, stay away from alcohol, cigarettes and caffeine. |
