I use to weigh 140. but now im down to 123. i lost weight due to stress and no appetite. How can i gain it bac |
i dont have an appetitie. but i need to gain my weight back. Does anyone know how i can do that that doesn't sounds good.. don;t eat alot of fat because reven though you will gain weight your heart become un healthy.. you need to get rid of stress through exercise and i think you should go and see a doctor this happened to my dad and he lost heaps of weight and turned out he had diabetes so if on the off chance there is something wrong it will be worth it and he can also give you professional advice too. It will depend on your age and your level of activity. I'm going to tell you this. I'm not an expert but you must find a way to get rid of your stress. If it's something you can get rid of, do it. If it's just something eating at the back of your head go for a bike ride, do some cleaning. Do something that will give you a slight sense of accomplishment when you are done. You can buy weight gainer at any store that sells supplements. Some supplements are very high in calories and will help you gain weight, you just mix them with milk and drink. You could eat foods like pasta that are high in carbs. These foods will eventually put on weight. If you are a hard gainer (hard for you to gain weight) it will take time. But it is really important to deal with the stress. Do things to forget about it, go for a walk, bike ride, clean. Try not to sit in because you will just mope around. Whatever you do, don't try ro eat more if you can't!!! You first have to get rid of the stress by doing light excercises and staying active, then you start worrying about have a bigger appetite! If you start eating more than your able to or have an appetite for, you'll get sick and be more stressed. Just do things that make you happy!!! Don't go eating junk food and fast food like all the other users said, that is unhealthy. Eating the right amount of calories and healthy foods will still let you gain weight. You may want to see your doctor to get his/her opinion and to check if there is something wrong with you internally. Good luck. First, see your doctor and find out for sure that you do not have depression, anxiety disorder or a thyroid condition or some other problem. Then make a point of eating healthy balanced meals and snacks throughout the day, and exercise every day. Take vitamins and get enough sleep. You can do it the healthy way, by doing strength training and gaining weight in muscle. Eating McDonald's everyday will wreck havok on your health, so don't binge on junk food, just try and eat more protein and gain some muscle. well go to alot of fast food places and eat b4 u go to bed. it did it to me. have some fat burgers. but dont get hooked on them. u will gain it back in a flash. still excerise also to keep the fat content away. well dats easy something that has alot of calories but only as big as a granola bar is a cliff bar or odawalla. Muscle milk, my BF swears by it. eat Mcdonalds:) first ofall you couldpigh out but y wouldyou want to do thati eould loveto loose weight Yeah. All you do is eat a lot of food. why would you wanna gain it back..lol thats how much i weigh right now..here i'll give you my fat..jk eat a much of fat junk food or u could just be growing |

I hit stuff. ...egh there awful! i have been getting them since i was a kid. mostly i get them from very acidic fruits such as oranges. i knew i was asking for it when i ate them lol...but as far as stress goes u ... it would be better to see a doctor even if you can not efford medication you can always ask for samples off them and this will help you along with the meds. if you really don't want to see a d... what you are doing is against the rules of y!a and you could get suspended for spamming. ...Dissociate your mind and abstract your thoughts, which is what I pretty much tell by default.
