Whats the best way to relieve stress or forget about drama? |
can anyone please tell me whats the best way to relieve stress or forget about drama and get problems off my mind? exercise, taking a bubble bath, reading, playing with a pet (animals are proven to reduce blood pressure, thus have a calming effect)....stowing away alone to collect your thoughts... In the short term, movies, music and books can help...anything that you find engrossing enough so that you don't focus on whatever issue is bothering you. However, after the movie is over, or the song or you've read all the books you can stand, the main concern is relieving the stress so that you can function. In my experience, stress is something you can't control. However, you can control how you react and deal with it. You can channel your frustrations into other things, like cleaning, kickboxing or any other physical activity. I started taking kickboxing to alleviate my anger that I allowed to build up due to stress and found that it made me feel a lot better. The advantage of that is that if you fully physically exert yourself, you are so tired that you can't think about anything except getting sleep. Drama, unlike stress, you can forget about by just extracting yourself from it entirely. In my experience, I've deleted people out of my phone, blocked numbers, im names, emails, etc., that way, their attempts to draw me into it were futile and just left them fuming. If it's someone you live with causing you drama, ask a friend if you can crash with them for a few days until it blows over. That's just my advice. I hope it works. I want to stop taking them all the time. I take 15 pills from 10 prescriptions every morning, and 5 pills from 4 different prescripts at night... It could very well be. Stress is a trigger for acne. Isn't it obnoxious how stress causes acne, acne causes further stress and the problem just seems to cycle? Try some 10% Benzoyl Perox... that doesn't sounds good.. don;t eat alot of fat because reven though you will gain weight your heart become un healthy.. you need to get rid of stress through exercise and i think you should ...
