What things can i do to help relieve stress? Lay on a hammock, and rest your eyes. Or you can always listen to ambient music, that is really comforting and will make you relax. :P it depends on the things you love doing. whenever i get stressed, i love doing laundry, it takes my mind of anything i'm being stressed about. sometimes i paint and express my stress through it. again, it all depends on what you love doing.Try to think about it and try doing some of it whenever you feel stressed.. listen 2 music..go outside for a walk.. read a book.. talk 2 ur friends..do something 2 take ur mind of what have u stress.. Exercise and read!!! |
