What's the good way to reduce stress in life? |
i want finish my final sem of diploma and i working too..my family also facing some problem....make me so stress.... you need to focus on your diploma, and your future. even though they are family, you need to distance yourself if they are causing you stress that really doesn't involve you. don't always pick up the phone if they call, don't get dragged into issues that have nothing to do with you. you have enough on your plate, you don't need the added stress. Exercise (20 minute walk a day) and fruit and vege is the best way to prevent stress from occurring and helping it. Also taking time out with your eyes closed. Meditation is not just for the hippy variety. It is a matter of principles and think positively if you want to achieve and be successful in your life, then talk to your family members and give them reasonable explanations of what matters you most during this precious time. |
