How to cure stress and fear and lonelyness i feel in danger all the time?


im soo scared all the time and thats y my health is gone bad too

help wot do i do i have no one in this world no friends either

My first reaction would be that you need professional help, and not getting some random answers from strangers who don't know you and don't care about you.

Assuming you aren't going to seek professional help, here's a suggestion.

Get some paper, 2 sheets, and on one write everything you hate or don't like about yourself. On the second sheet, write down everything you like about yourself. When you are finished, look over the sheet with the things you don't like and decide which of them you would be able to change for the better and make a mental note to try and improve on these things. After you have done that, shred the bad list and concentrate on the good list. You may be surprised to find that there are more items on your good list than your bad list.

Look at the things on your good list and be proud of them. For Example, are you kind to animals? Well done, there are a lot of people out there who aren't. Give yourself a pat on the back for all the good things like that.

Think about who, what or where your safe place is. There must be someone or somewhere or something that makes you feel safe. When you know what this is, try and find something physical that relates to that thing. When I was suffering from stress, I had a small wax ball in my pocket that I played with when I was feeling stressed - that was related to my safe place and made me feel better.

I hope you will get some professional help, but if not, don't be afraid to congratulate yourself on the things you are good at. Learn to love yourself.

so ok babes now youve reached out thats the first step next you gotta get some help i know its really scary but there are plenty of people out there in your position and you will not be laughed at go to your dr thats a must then they will be able to help you i started on antidepressants 5 years ago and nothing helped ive just been given something called venlafaxin and at first i thought it was same old same old but over the last 2 weeks ive slowly started to feel better im a mum and house wife and it doesnt sound much but my house is spotlessly clean for the first time in like forever ive even been sitting downstairs with my mum having a coffee and thats a huge change trust me on this youve made the first step babe now go for broke please get help good luck let me know how you get on im rooting for you clarexxx

join my club mate- in exactly the same spot, no real friends, people who smile at me but dont even know my name as they have forgotten it (and its not because I am shy and retiring!)

I get stressed, I have this year nearly taken my life as a result of stress and anxiet (many many many money problems I cant see a way out of, even with the CAB saying they will help).

I guess the most valuable think I can advise is to get some medical/psychological/emotional health, go see your doctor, get referred as it can really help you out. I see a psychotherapist which in the end I had to pay myself to see as the nhs dont do psychotherapy in my area (they do CBT) but ask, its a postcode lottery, you could have more luck then me. If you need to see a psychotherapist, ask your doctor for a referral or recomendation, make sure who you see is BACP registered.

You also will need to see your doctor if your health is not good, it could be impacting on how your feeling more then you realise.

Finally, make yourself excercise! start off in classes, things like yoga are more personalised and can really help you meet people, from there spin out to circuit classes or aerobics, whatever your into. There are many many many gyms you can join, they dont only help your health, they boost endorphines which do make you feel better. Ok it wont last forever, you do come back down again, but can be enough for you to remember that things can feel better, you can feel happy and this can help you move forward and make things better within your life.
