How do you handle stress and pressure?

I try writting a short story or poem. Also I have been known to watch movies. And if that doesn't work I try to go somewhere quiet in my room and talk to God.

Believe me sometimes when im really stressed these things dont work to well, so that's when I talk to my Mom or someone close. =)

Pressure and stress is sometimes very hard to cope with depending on the situations that is causing it. Deep breaths and relaxation helps me. Talking to God is a tremendous help. In our society today there is a lot of peer pressure with our youth. You didn't mention your age. A pet to talk to is beneficial too as well as listening to soft music. Taking a walk and looking at what God has made. Sometimes we feel there is so much going on with us until we look around and see someone going through a lot worse.

Sleep, exercise, health dieting, and coffee. When I don't have the time for those, smoking cigarettes and coffee. But I'm much happier with sleep, exercise, eating healthy and coffee.

Sometimes I speed in my car, sometimes I drink, sometimes I just squeeze this little coiled spring with handles that folks use for hand strengthening, depends on the stress level.
