What is a productive way 2 rid 1self of stress?

i've tried yoga, but the classes r 2 expensive....i have lots of family problems that r hurting my physically, mentally, and psychologically. if u could plz tell me a productive, drug-free way of blowing off unnecessary stress, that would b most appreciated. thanks 4 ur time :)

got this advice from my doc ( he is good )
lie in a darkened room with some light music on
clear your mind and hear only the music
do this for twenty minutes every day
it does work though at first its hard to clear the mind
it gets easier the more you try
good luck and please do try this

Try mediation after you go for a walk in nature. Concentrate on your breathing and try to clear your mind so that you can relax. Take in a couple of deep breaths before you begin to try to meditate. It will take practice to clear your mind and to focus. But with practice and patience, you'll be able to do it.

Getting your heart rate above baseline releases endorphins, serotonin...however you spell it. You can do that by running, sex...that's always good, going for a brisk walk over thirty mins. Find something to loose yourself in for thirty mins a day. Even if it's just watching something stupid like MTV.

listen to the beatles outside under the sky

I do it everynight and it alwaysss makes me feel like I dont have a care in the world

and im not a hippie or pot smoker so yeahh....

Exercise is a good way. I hate to say this, too, but maybe you have to learn about the more erotic ways by yourself. That's a good stress reliever.

change ur life style if everyone you know is blowing you off or pissing you off.
take a vacation and find ur self or get new friends...
good luck

exercise

a brisk walk daily for 30 mins.
