How do get rid of stress?


I Have so much on my mind lately! And its been affecting my sleep and im basically stressing out. i need to find ways to relax and get rid of stress but at the same time still get my work done! please help?

instead of worrying when you are going to sleep or doing other work, you need to make lists about what you are worrying about. then spend 15 to 30 mins a day just worrying about it, try to find ways that you can prevent what you are worrying about from happening, like if you worry about getting fired, make a resolution to always be on time and do what your boss says.

As for sleeping, try to make a solid getting ready for bed schedule. Like changing, getting ready, and read for 30 mins, try not to watch tv, or do any sort of work or school related stuff 2 hours before bed. Also if you have a pet, playing with them or just taking a walk relaxes me, so you might want to try that.

exercise, hang out with friends and family, eat chocolate, yoga. relax sleep. Talk to someone:} a freind, family member ect...
